  • Since 2007, I accompany executive committee, managers and teams in the development of their potential, professional as well as human being.
  • Beforehand, I have 25 years of work experience, among which 5 as expatriate (the United States of America, Hungary), in diverse financial positions, until that of CFO and member of the executive committee, within private (petrochemicals) and non-profit (hospital), nationals and internationals, mono-cultural et multi-cultural companies.
  • I have a big experience in the launch and management of mobilizing and inductive projects of change, including multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams (SAP, SWIFT, …).
  • I acquired an expertise in the management of organizations as well in analyzing and understanding their functioning.
  • Having been certified in coaching, team-building and collective intelligence of organizations (by Vincent Lenhardt school « Transformance » - 2006), I continued to learn in the fields the accompaniment: the Theory of Organizations (of Eric Berne - 2007), Neuro-Cognitive and Behavioral Approach (of Jacques Fradin - 2008), the Human Element (of Will Shutz - 2009), the Visions of the Companies (by Nicolas Schilfarth – on 2009), the Leadership & the Charisma (by Pierre-Jean De Jonghe – on 2004), the Listening (by the Training Center of Listening – on 2004), … .
  • I hold a Commercial engineering degree of the Solvay Business School (ULB - 1982).
  • I was born in 1959, I am Belgian, married and I have 4 children.
  • I work in French and English (mother thong: French).
